1. 목적
- 외국인유학생의 국내 유학생활동안 발생할 수 있는 불의의 사고나 질병에 대비하고 사고나 질병 발생시 경제적인 부담을 최소화하기 위함.

2. 대상
- 우리대학 외국인유학생(학부생 및 대학원생)
- 외국인 교환학생(1년 수학예정자), 한국어과정 연수생(최소 6개월이상)

3. 가입안내 내용

	상해·질병	입원	10,000,000	상해·질병으로 입원치료를 한 경우	- 사망 및 후유장애 보장은 별도 가입
		외래	250,000	상해·질병으로 통원치료를 한 경우
		처방	50,000	상해·질병으로 약국에 간 경우
보험가입기간	- 최대 1년까지 보험가입할 수 있음. 이후 매년 가입함.
보험금액	- 연령, 성별, 가입기간에 따른 보험료 상이함으로 개별 문의바람. 참고로 단체가입시 가입자 평균연령을 산정하여 보험료 인하됨

- 한 예로 5인이상 단체가입시 17만원 내외(1년 가입)
- 보험료는 단체가입인원과 평균연령, 성별에 따라 변동됨.

4. 가입신청기한
- (1차) 2014. 4. 4.(금)까지
- (2차) 4월중순이후 가입신청자는 수시로

5. 가입신청방법
- 국제교류본부에 전화(970-9217 담당자 서은주)나 이메일( oia@seoultech.ac.kr 또는 fivemin2@seoultech.ac.kr )로 신청

What: Health Insurance
Why: To help international students be financially prepared in case of illness or accident while studying and
        living inside the country.
Who: Officially Enrolled International Students (Undergraduate/Graduate)
        Exchange Students (1 year) , Korean Language Trainee (6 months)
When: 1 st Batch: Monday, March 31, 2014
          2 nd Batch: April onwards, rolling basis.
